| Cedric turned 1 year old. No verbage yet, but he walks really well. John's birthday was today. We took him out to Mama Z's Italian place and he's taking the afternoon off to bake himself a cake. Cedric ate so well at the restaurant! So neatly. I am proud. | | |
| Cedric is asleep in the Ergo in a rare quiet moment. Its hard to figure out what to do with myself during the 9 hours a day that John is gone. Eveyone else is at work or school or too far away to get to easily so its kinda lonely. Cedric gets panicky if he's not right next to or on me. Baby wanting mommy 24/7 is sweet but really emotionally demanding. So I've got baby there who needs to be kept happy, what do I do all day long that can keep me happy too? All the chores are much harder carrying him and those aren't tons of fun anyway. Going out is a lot of fun, but tiring because I have to carry him through all the naps and I have to drop off and pick up John. Oh well. Its just a lot more self-denial than I ever dreamed of. We got to go to Subiaco Abbey this Sunday, it was really cool! | | |
| Yahoo! Cedric is teething and is trying to crawl! He's fussier with the pain, but I'm excited. He's spending longer stretches of time on the ground too and is getting close to sitting up for more than a few seconds. | | |
| More joys of motherhood! My body is just not the same after expelling that little guy. The details of which even I will not go into. | | |
| Now I'm in Ruston with mastitis because Cedric wouldn't eat at the exciting Serios and John wouldn't let me take the naps. | | |
